Appendix - Getting Started Notes for iOS

The SDK zip file as shipped contains 3 subdirectories, Docs/, Frameworks/, and Examples/.

The API documentation can be browsed starting at Docs/html/index.html, and the DAF overview documentation starts at Docs/html-manual/index.html.

The Examples/ directory contains the 'Skeleton', 'BTLEAuthenticator', 'Class123PKI' and 'Class123Skeleton' example applications as XCode projects. Note that the BlackBerry Dynamics SDK itself is not supplied and will need to be downloaded separately. The Appendix - Release Notes for iOS section will indicate which version of the Dynamics SDK should be used.

The example project files have the following dependencies on the BlackBerry Dynamics SDK:

• The GD.framework framework is expected to be installed on the system framework path for the current iOS SDK version.
• The default.xcconfig file has a reference to the "FIPS linker" scripts required to link BlackBerry Dynamics applications. By default these are installed in /BlackBerry/Good.platform
