shutdown()
Shut down part of a full-duplex connection
Synopsis:
#include <sys/socket.h> int shutdown( int s, int how );
Arguments:
- s
- A descriptor for the socket, as returned by socket() .
- how
- How you want to shut down the connection:
If how is: The TCP/IP manager won't allow: SHUT_RD Further receives SHUT_WR Further sends SHUT_RDWR Further sends and receives

Use the -l socket option to qcc to link against this library.
Description:
The shutdown() call shuts down all or part of a full-duplex connection on the socket associated with s.
Returns:
- 0
- Success.
- -1
- An error occurred (errno is set).
Errors:
- EBADF
- Invalid descriptor s.
