Destroy condition variable
Synopsis:

int pthread_cond_destroy( pthread_cond_t* cond );
Arguments:
- cond
- A pointer to the pthread_cond_t object that you want to destroy.

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.
Description:
The pthread_cond_destroy() function destroys the condition variable cond. After you've destroyed a condition variable, you shouldn't reuse it until you've reinitialized it by calling pthread_cond_init() .
Returns:
- EOK
- Success.
- EBUSY
- Another thread is blocked on the condition variable cond.
- EINVAL
- Invalid condition variable cond.
