bps_set_verbosity()

Sets the verbosity of logging for platform services.

Synopsis:

#include <bps/bps.h>

BPS_API void bps_set_verbosity(unsigned verbosity)

Arguments:

verbosity
The desired verbosity. Use the following values: 0: Silent, no logs are generated.1: Errors and warnings are generated. This is the default verbosity.2: Errors, warnings, and info logs are generated. This might help you debug your application.

Library:

libbps

Description:

The bps_set_verbosity() function sets the verbosity (level of detail) of logging for BPS. Note that logs are generated on stderr, and so they should be captured in your application's log file. The application log file can be found by going to your application's sandbox (on the device, assuming the use of a debug token: /accounts/1000/appdata/<sandbox>/logs/log).

Often, the details in the log file explain the reason for receiving a BPS_FAILURE value.

Returns:

Nothing.
