Syntax:

<name>string</name>

Description:

The <name> element specifies a human-readable name for a BlackBerry WebWorks app that you can use, for example, in an application menu.

If you do not specify a name element, the app is not valid. For BlackBerry 10 apps, the name must be 25 characters or less.

You can also specify a name by using the blackberry.app.name property that is provided in the BlackBerry WebWorks API.
