Detailed Description

Represents the userKeysChanged protocol message.

This message is sent by bbmcore only when your application uses the BlackBerry Key Management Service (KMS). It indicates that bbmcore has found new keys for a user.

This is not sent when the user gains their initial set of keys. It is sent only when the local endpoint has an existing set of keys for a given user and then later learns that the user has different keys for any reason.

This is not sent for the local user.
