Error messages

The following table describes the error messages that are thrown by PaymentSystem.

The payment process has been canceled.

The user presses the Cancel button.

Payment System is busy. Please complete your other transaction and try again.

PaymentSystem can process one purchase at a time. If the user is in the middle of a purchase, PaymentSystem displays this message if the user tries to make another purchase.

There were problems. Please try again. {server error ID}

PaymentSystem throws this message if there's an error at the server. The user can call support personnel with the server error ID to resolve the problem.

The digital good was not found. {server error ID}

PaymentSystem could not find the specified digital good. This error might occur if RIM hasn't approved the digital good yet. The user can call support personnel with the server error ID to resolve the problem.

You have already purchased this item. {server error ID}

PaymentSystem displays this message if the user tries to purchase a non-consumable or subscription digital good more than once. Make sure that the digital good is available to the user. The user can call support personnel with the server error ID to resolve the problem.
