camera_get_manual_focus_step()

Retrieve information regarding the manual focus step, including the currently configured step value and the maximum supported step value.

camera_error_t camera_get_manual_focus_step(camera_handle_t handle, int *maxstep, int *step)

Arguments:

handle

The handle returned by a call to the camera_open() function.

maxstep

A pointer to the maximum settable step value that can be used for manual focus. It also indicates infinity focus.

step

A pointer to the current step value (position) of the lens. The minimum step value is zero and the maximum step is the value returned by the maxstep argument.

Description:

This function can be called if the CAMERA_FEATURE_MANUALFOCUS feature is available. You can determine whether the feature is available by calling the camera_can_feature() function.

Before you can use this function to retrieve the range of accepted values, you need to set the camera to CAMERA_FOCUSMODE_MANUAL using the camera_set_focus_mode() function.

Returns:

CAMERA_OK when the function successfully completes, otherwise another camera_error_t value that provides the reason that the call failed.
