A structure that represents data for an inbox item action.

An inbox list item can have a set of associated actions. While account actions appear on the action bar and apply to an entire account, an inbox item action is added to the context menu and appears based on the context state that's provided for the item. For example, you could add an action to mark a particular inbox item as read. You can add actions that are associated with invocation framework actions, such as "bb.action.ACCEPT" and "bb.action.MARKREAD". When a user presses and holds an inbox item to display the context menu, and then taps an action in that menu, the action is processed using the action and target that you specify (using uds_item_action_data_set_action() and uds_item_action_data_set_target(), respectively).

This structure includes all of the information that's required for an inbox item action, such as the target, type, MIME type, and so on. You receive a uds_item_action_data_t when you create a handle for an inbox item action using uds_item_action_data_create(), and you pass it to functions that manipulate inbox item action data, such as uds_item_action_data_set_type() and uds_item_action_data_set_mime_type().

You also use this structure when you add an action to an inbox item in the BlackBerry Hub by calling uds_register_item_context_action(). Adding actions to an inbox item is optional.
