A structure that represents category-related data.

typedef struct uds_category_data uds_category_data_t;

BlackBerry 10.2.0

libunifieddatasourcec (For the qcc command, use the -l unifieddatasourcec option to link against this library)

An account on a device can include categories that are used to sort or filter the information in the account. For example, a messaging account might contain folders for different types of messages, and each folder is considered a category.

This structure includes all of the information that's required for a category in an account, such as account ID, parent ID, type, and so on. You receive a uds_category_data_t when you create a handle for a category using uds_category_data_create(), and you pass it to functions that manipulate category data, such as uds_category_data_set_parent_id() and uds_category_data_set_type().

You also use this structure when you add a category to an account in the BlackBerry Hub by calling uds_category_added(). Adding categories to an account is optional.
