nfc_disconnect()

Disconnect from the NFC system and stop receiving NFC events.

Synopsis:

#include <nfc/nfc.h>

NFC_API nfc_result_t nfc_disconnect()

Since:

BlackBerry 10.0.0

Arguments:

Library:

libnfc (For the qcc command, use the -l nfc option to link against this library)

Description:

This function disconnects the application from the NFC system and stops receiving NFC events. Applications must always call this function as part of their teardown process.

Returns:

NFC_RESULT_SUCCESS, or one of the following:
  • NFC_RESULT_OPERATION_REJECTED: A connection is already disconnected.
  • NFC_RESULT_FD_ACCESS_ERROR: NFC file descriptors are inaccessible or corrupted. This cause is likely due to the client accessing NFC file descriptors manually. This error is not fatal as the client is disconnected from NFC following this error and should be able to subsequently reconnect.
