inotify_rm_watch()

Remove the watch associated with the given watch descriptor

Synopsis:

#include <sys/inotify.h>

int inotify_rm_watch( int fd,
                      int32_t wd );

Arguments:

fd
A valid file descriptor returned by inotify_init() .
wd
A valid watch description returned by inotify_rm_watch() .

Library:

libc

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.

Description:

The inotify_rm_watch() function removes a watch that you earlier set to watch for filesystem events.

Returns:

0 on success, or -1 if an error occurred ( errno is set).
