Delete an entry from an access control list (ACL)

- A pointer to the ACL that you want to delete an entry from.
- The descriptor of the entry that you want to delete.
Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.
The acl_delete_entry() function deletes an entry from an access control list.
0, or -1 if an error occurred (errno is set).
- The acl argument doesn't point to a valid ACL, or entry_d isn't a valid descriptor for an entry in acl.
This function is based on the withdrawn POSIX draft P1003.1e.
