Utilize the Push Service to push content to your application.

The Push Service lets you provide up-to-the-minute information in your apps by delivering information to your app directly and automatically. You can send requests to and receive responses from the Push Proxy Gateway (PPG), and you can specify the push content that you want to receive. The classes in this category also let you monitor the status of your push requests and handle any errors that occur.
