What is this?
The BlackBerry 10 Native SDK includes all the tools and libraries that you need for porting and building apps for BlackBerry 10 devices.

Start with the SDK
We recommend you uninstall previous versions of the Native SDK before upgrading to gold.

Download the installer.
Double-click the installer file and follow the instructions.

Launch the QNX Momentics IDE by running bbndk.sh in the Native SDK installation folder. In the IDE, click Window > Preferences, select BlackBerry, click BlackBerry Deployment Setup Wizard and follow the steps.

And a Simulator to test the result
You can use the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Simulator to run your applications as if they are on a BlackBerry 10 device. The simulator is hosted inside a virtual machine which supports accelerated graphics, audio, and peripheral simulation. This lets you test your application and simulate the touch interface using your mouse.

And a Simulator to test the result
If you don't have a BlackBerry PlayBook on hand, you can use the BlackBerry Tablet Simulator to test your application. The BlackBerry Tablet Simulator allows you to run your applications on your computer as you would on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
