Built for BlackBerry gaming apps are evaluated using a subset of the same criteria for other apps as well as the below criteria.
Games must utilize the BlackBerry 10 hardware. That means that your game must:
- Comply to all the required criteria listed for Games on the Developer Checklist.
- Provide users instructions on how to play your game if it is not apparent to all levels of users.

Your gaming app must be developed natively or use a game engine built to run on the BlackBerry 10 platform. Gaming engines that run on BlackBerry 10 include the following:
